Rejuvenate: Juicing Tracker ("Rejuvenate: Juicing Tracker," "we," "our," or "us") is operated by QUINT Studios LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App").

By downloading or using Rejuvenate: Juicing Tracker, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account
• Profile information: Your avatar photo (stored locally on your device), your selected word preference, and app preferences such as text size, theme, and calorie display settings
• Wellness data: Juice and smoothie recipes you create, cleanse programs you start and complete, daily juice logs, pantry ingredients, journal entries, mood ratings, and energy levels
• Device photos: Photos you select from your device's camera roll for recipes and your profile — these are stored on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Authentication data: Session tokens and authentication state managed securely through Supabase Auth
• Usage data: Basic app activity necessary to sync your data across sessions, such as when cleanses are started or completed

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your precise location
• We do not collect data from third-party sources
• We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels
• We do not collect biometric data
• We do not sell your data to third parties — ever

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Sync your wellness data across your devices and sessions
• Display your juice logs, cleanse history, recipes, and pantry items within the App
• Calculate nutritional estimates based on ingredients you select
• Send you push notifications for juice reminders and cleanse re-engagement (only with your permission)
• Improve the App's functionality and fix bugs

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the App.

4.1 Cloud storage

Your account information and wellness data — including cleanses, juice logs, recipes, and pantry items — are stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted to your account only through row-level security policies.

4.2 Local device storage

Photos you add to recipes or your profile are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. If you delete the App or switch devices, locally stored photos will not be recovered.

4.3 Notification preferences

Your notification settings and quiet hours preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and are not transmitted to our servers.

We retain your account and wellness data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data from our servers within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Locally stored data — including device photos and notification preferences — is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Rejuvenate: Juicing Tracker uses the following third-party services to operate:

We do not share your personal data with these services beyond what is necessary for them to perform their function. We do not use any advertising or analytics SDKs.

If you enable push notifications, Rejuvenate: Juicing Tracker will send you:

• Reminders to log your daily juices at times you choose
• Inactivity reminders if you have not logged a juice within a period you set
• Re-engagement reminders if you have not started a cleanse in 14 days

All notifications are local notifications scheduled on your device. We do not use remote push notification services that require transmitting your data to third-party notification servers.

You can disable notifications at any time in the App under Profile → Preferences → Notifications, or in your device's system settings.

Rejuvenate: Juicing Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request that we delete your account and associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain uses of your data

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

European residents: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have additional rights including the right to restrict processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the App) and your consent where applicable.

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement the following measures:

• All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS
• Database access is controlled through row-level security — your data is only accessible to your account
• Authentication is managed through Supabase Auth with secure session management
• We do not store passwords in plain text — passwords are hashed using industry-standard methods
• API keys and sensitive credentials are never stored in the App's client code

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

QUINT Studios LLC is based in the United States. If you use Rejuvenate: Juicing Tracker from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
